Initial assessment on 27/11/24 with Elena was ok. Apart from the other lady sitting in, as she spent most of the time obviously uninterested with eyes shut and lounged in the chair. Not appropriate, and totally unprofessional. I received outcome letter on 28/12/24. The letter itself is very impersonal as they use Dialog, so is not well written. Disappointed so far.

I was born here in 1949 when it was a RN and RM Maternity Nursing Home. My Mum was very happy with the care she received then. So sad to see all the negative reviews.

Bang out of order when you ask you for extra money to buy medicines which your doctor will no longer prescribe knowing that you have a ocd disorder and then tell you to try mange on the extra money you have and if you are still struggling to ring them back. I don't think so how would you like it if I did 🤔 this to you. Does anyone else get this problem with social Services 🤔? Or this just me?

Since the age of 14, I have suffered with depression. Serious mood swings and suicide attempts. The mental health teams have been utterly useless! Never gey consistancy with a CPN. Different doctors, different diagnosis. Medication gets changed or stopped then restarted. The services even missed the abuse and when it was reported. I was called a liar until safeguarding was put in place. But still no support! I ask for call backs from duty as yet again no CPN. Weeks ive waited and no call backs. No appointments. Complaints fall on deaf ears. They make all the promises when complaints are made just to leave you suffering. The voluntary sector is far more underfunded than the mental health teams but will do more to support. Myself amd my family are fed up with being ignored. I want to be transferred out of area but cant until i get an address in another area. But for many years ive fort the mental health teams for help and been knocked back everytime. Ive had duty CPNs laugh in my face or be nasty. Some have serious uncaring attitudes and worst ones are on the crisis team. Some of the crisis nurses are fantastic. Others shouldnt have a job like this. At present my family think im suffering from pshycosis. I self halm on a daily basis and my family have to hold my medication as i took an overdose the other night. Crisis refused to see me. Canada house promised to call back and didnt. Single point of access tried to help but it ended up my family dealing with me. Mental health dont just affect the sufferer. Its also the families and friends etc. I feel like im a number being led to slaughter as i get no help. Im fed up with complaining and nothing changing. Fed up with shouting, fighting and begging for help. I was told 'come off cannabis, we can help you better' come off it without support and never gor support. Each drug test clean. I think the mental health services would rather people just commit suicide so they dont have to help. Its getting to a point with the mental health services when your uncaring ways will cause someone to kill themselves infront of you and all your do is call the next number. You can send me appointments but i no longer trust your services to treat me! Your seniors shouldnt be allowed to run poor services. CQC need to talk to the people who are ignored. Your services should be left in special measures as nothing has changed! It only changes when they are in the building and the saying 'act like you care' comes into play. Im not going to be the one phoning. You think im wrong. You call me and discuss it because tomorrow if no call. Im calling CQC and telling them all about your services and how all the seniors should be removed and more caring staff brought in

Absolute disgrace. I know the mental health sector is underfunded but there is no excuse for the failure from Canada house to protect or help those of us with mental health problems. They ignore you for weeks, feed you the same "crisis" numbers that do you no good and never actually offer you real support or treatment plans. Going private is the best option, if you can afford about £900 to be seen, get a treatment plan, medication and follow ups. There is no excuse for the failure here, voluntary charities provide more support than these supposed "mental health specialists". They need to get their act together.

Originally tried to help but when the treatment they offered wasn't working I asked if we could try something else, told them that I was miserable and wanted to die. My partner was in tears saying she wasn't coping either, we got told to get in contact with another service. Tried to contact them and got no response three times. 'Several weeks' later I get a call from canada house asking me if I got through to them, I told them no and that things are just getting worse. It's been several weeks more since that phone call and still nothing. What a joke that these people are meant to be here to help.

I'd give no stars if i could. Words cannot describe how useless these people are i'm actually disgusted you should all be ashamed of yourselves. To endure weeks of all the intrusive/ personal questions, having to have 15 minute conversations with a bot just for it to give you some toxic positivity quote that won't help at all, and having every useless mental health app shoved down your throat all to be told they aren't going to do a single thing to help and you are just going to be discharged back to the doctors. Absolutely vile and for one of the women on reception to smugly tell me "well you didn't have to answer the questions" when i called to ask why after weeks of interrogations they'd decided i didn't matter enough to help, knowing full well if i hadn't answered all the questions they wouldn't of helped anyway. This place is not fit for purpose and i wish an eternity of suffering on everyone there who decided that i'm not worthy of help and that i don't matter, this place has the blood of everyone who they chose not to help on their hands and i hope it eats away at them, but i know it won't because they aren't capable of empathy. If you get referred here don't get your hopes up they'll only make it worse, and yes i know mental health services are severely underfunded, but these people are useless.

if I could give them 0 stars I would. I was referred to them a few years ago and they were useless so when I got referred to them again recently I could have cried. I decided to give them another chance only to be let down again. These people don't care, all they want is their pay cheque at the end of the month. Utterly disgusting. I hope all those suffering and being referred to these idiots get the help they need elsewhere
