I recently attended Claire’s 3 day 1:1 Wellness Retreat (women’s health/menopause). The whole experience was very special and I took so much away from my time there. The nutritional information is excellent. The treatments amazing and the food is delicious. I felt like I’d got my zest for life back when I left, relaxed but energised. I can’t recommend this retreat enough and I’m looking forward to returning again. Thank you ❤️

I have been going to Claire for about 5 years, and recommend her to every woman I know. She has a real care and understanding for female health and she has been a huge help for me through various things in my life where I’ve needed holistic support, including autoimmunity, fertility, prenatal and postpartum ? not only that but she always keeps her prices accessible to everyone and you know you’re being well looked after at every visit ❤️

I couldn't rate this highly enough. Claire is an amazing therapist and I have had several treatments from her. I love her new cabin and her day retreats are what individuals need, especially if they are looking to recharge when on the cusp of burnout. Claire's purpose is to help others and she does not disappoint. She goes above and beyond what is needed and I feel so lucky to have met her. I will keep going in the future.

Bliss. Claire excels in her treatments and has created the perfect garden sanctuary in which to deliver therapies. I've enjoyed everything from reflexology and massages to healing therapies and sound baths, all tailored to my needs at that very moment. Cocooned in warm blankets with restful, meditative sounds, Claire exudes care and takes a real pride in her work to make people feel whole again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I’ve been going to Claire for various treatments over recent years such as reflexology, massage and sound healing and I always leave totally relaxed. Claire is lovely, warm and knowledgeable about all her treatments and has a healing touch and the treatment room is a lovely place to retreat from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

The cabin is warm cosy and so welcoming.
I combine nesessary treatment with a wonderful facial.

I had the pleasure of indulging in one of the Natural Therapy Clinic's new wellness retreats in the new Garden Sanctury. The Garden Sanctury is snug, warm and cosy, a perfect setting to take time out, rest and recharge. The Garden Sanctury has been well considered in many aspects even down to a small gift on arrival. I chose the Womens Healing Retreat with a 90minute treatment in the morning (Aroma Balance Therapy), followed by some of my own quiet time, the timings throughout the day between treatments, own time and lunch was enough time to take time out for myself, picking up some of the lovely books left to read. Refreshments and lunch had been well thought out, lunch was a colourful, tasty vegetarian Mediterranean lunch with herbal teas available throughout the whole day, fruit snacks also were provided. The afternoon was as equally relaxing as the morning with a further treatment in the afternoon (Indian Head, back and neck massage) followed by the Sound Healing Therapy session. All of the treatment therapies complimented each other and by the end of the day I was totally, relaxed, rested and recharged.
Claire is very appreciative of your needs and takes the time to understand you and adapts and mixes the therapies and treatment to suit them around you.
I would recommend trying one of these retreat days, take time out for yourself to reset and recharge
