Sarah is an amazing massage therapist! She is very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. She does the best sports/deep tissue massage, she always ask where im having issues and really listens and gets all the knots better. Snap, crackle, pop! No this is not the trademarked phrase of a popular breakfast cereal. Instead it was the persistent noise from my lower back as I went about my day. Working an office job for several years and becoming quite ill had left me in pain, to which I thought there was no solution. This was the case until I was revived by an appointment at Rivendell Therapies! Had I known a Sports massage could be this beneficial I would have booked sooner. Honestly left me believing that miracles do exist. I guess this is to be expected from the European Massage Champion (2023.) I now go regularly to help with my lifestyle and leave fulfilled each time. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
