Myself and my partner went to barrow spa therapy today , for a spa day ! From start to finish it was amazing , very clean , lovely facilities .. jacuzzi very nice and the sauna and wet sauna room never been in one but that was lovely and made your skin feel great from the steam ! Wendy did my massage back neck and shoulder and it’s the best massage I’ve ever had only having ever had 2 massages so far but this was by far the best . Nat was a great host from start to finish .. Quality products used very nice relaxing experience ! And a facial to follow brilliant price for 2 of us we both feel soo refreshed , recharged and relaxed thanks again ! Nat & Wendy .

Excellent host and small but cosy room. You get shared (but super clean) bathroom. In room there is coffee and tea making facilities. TV with sky and fast internet. Close to harbour and city centre and 35 min drive to Windermere. If you here for lakes host has great knowledge. Personally I recommend getting spa for 2 for 95£. You pamper yourself with 1.15 h hot tub (massive 6 people one) , steam room, sauna and choice between facial or back massage or pressure point on your feet.|Will be definitely back for more .highly recommended .

Myself and my friend visited the spa yesterday we had such a relaxing time and Nat was fantastic. We both used the facilities and each had a back massage it was heaven.
We would recommend Barrow Spa Therapy to everyone.
We will defiantly be paying Nat another visit .

Absolutely amazing full back massage. Myself and my wife booked a couples massage and both walked out (well floated out actually, we were so relaxed) and both said we felt 10 years younger. This is more than a massage, I have had back surgery and suffer chronic pain in my shoulder , you can tell this pair know the body and work right into your muscles. I absolutely loved the foot massage too, just wow. Thank you ?

A very experienced masseur.. great prices.. highly recommended for all your daily strains. Its been a while since my knots have been stretched, this Swedish Massage deep tissue, certainly got rid of them.. Very informative, explains what's going to happen before, and throughout the massage... very clean, tidy, relaxing and warming... great job... would highly recommend booking an appointment, as gets booked up quick... ?
