Tom has been my PT for 5 years now, since I retired. My original goal was to improve my fitness, and with Tom’s help, I achieved that. This is the 2nd time I have been to Tom. Very knowledgeable and right amount of pressure for the weakend mucsles around my soulder dislocation and some great after care aswel. Cannot recommend this guy enough
