I called in one evening for antibiotics and the staff were all friendly, compassionate and efficient.

I'd just been told at Tesco Pharmacy that I'd need to make an appointment for the following day so I thought I'd try Stone Pharmacy as I had nothing to lose. Thanks to the staff at Stone, I didn't need to miss work the following day and could begin treatment before it got worse.

Where to start , I have had so many great experiences with this pharmacy over the past few years , a friend of mine was sent home from hospital with no medication at all , my friend is 82 with memory issues and needed her medication, the pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure my friend had all her meds within a few hours ,this is just one example, I have many more , the staff are all great friendly and treat you with respect and listen to any concerns , I would never use any other pharmacy, they are all Brilliant professional curtious .
The delivery service is excellent, even over the phone they take time to listen and sort out any changes promptly, can’t thank these staff enough, they work so hard as it’s a very busy buisness, and they never complain when they are under pressure, thank you all so very much ,

Stones Pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. I used to use the Well pharmacy up the road but they are absolute rubbish compared to stones. The staff here are always helpful and speak to you with respect and kindness, unlike another nearby pharmacy I've had experience of. These guys at stones talk to you like your a person and not an inconvenience. I'm telling all my family and friends to use this chemist. I just wish id have used this chemist sooner x

It’s difficult to rate this pharmacy as a three star. From the pharmacist down to the most junior assistant, the staff are lovely. They will go well out of their way to help, and nothing seems too much trouble. What brings it down is the waiting time. You can see all the staff, sometimes six or seven of them, but It isn’t unusual to wait twenty minutes just to buy something, let alone gat a prescription. They need someone on the till, handing jobs to the staff in the back, that way at least everyone will be seen mitigating the waiting time a little. It really is extremely frustrating when you haven’t even spoken to anyone. And thats why, despite being a great place, they only get three from me.

brilliant service. would highly recommend. I spoke to a girl called abi over the phone and she sorted out my querie within 10 mins despite the fact doctors cocked up and only sent it that evening. She was lovely to speak to over the phone and how she dealt with me while I was panicking she deserves a medal. well done all

Absolutely brilliant and efficient with all your health care needs.. when other chemists can't seem to get hold of certain medications and equipment.... I have not one worry on my perceptions to be there when they say it will be there! "5 STAR RATING for me"
