I have attended this dentist since a young child. I am very anxious about the dentist but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth! The care they give me is amazing, they are patient and put me at ease. They listen to any concerns I have. They are also great with my children when we attend and my son loves having his teeth checked! I highly recommend this dentist! ⭐️

Highly highly recommend Garden Street dental practice!! They are lovely caring people from the dentists to the dental nurses and receptionists. We’ve seen Marvin today for my son. The care, attention and support Marvin gave was perfect! My children are not afraid of the dentists thanks to Marvin and Tina. Thank you to all for everything you do for us x ☺️

Rang to try and get an appointment for my 9 year old who's autistic and attends the dentist when needed due to his difficulties with pain, and his sensory issues - environment and touch, to be told even though he has never missed an appointment he's not been for over 2 years so is no longer a patient. I rang back after speaking to a different dentist and also researching online and stated that he has not missed any appointments nor have we received any communications regarding my child being removed from the list. All I got back was excuses, gas lighting and a ten tone attitude. I'll be taking the matter to the ICB due to I am not happy with the way he's been treated.

Brilliant practice, they rang me earlier on in the day to see if I could go 20minutes earlier for my appointment, this then allowed me to have 2 fillings done today rather than me have to return for another appointment.
I was quite nervous for the treatment, as its been a while since I have had any, both Tina and Tegan put my mind at rest and made me feel at ease, I will definitely recommend!

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment given to an elderly patient earlier this week. Having being caught in roadworks near the practice she arrived 3 minutes late for her appointment. The dentist himself was in reception on his personal phone. The receptionist waited politely and then informed him his patient was here. As his call lasted more than 2 minutes he looked at the patient and said... "your later than 5 minutes, too late". Then he walked off. The 70 year old patient drove home in tears and spent the rest of the day inconsolable. Noted, she shouldn't let something like this bother her, but she's 70 and things like this appear to be important. Are you happy treating the elderly this way? The lack of respect the dentist showed to her was unacceptable. But im sure he enjoyed an hour off work at her expense. I require a response. I have called 4 times but have been told you do not have a manager! Maybe the lack of leadership is the route of this problem. I look forward to your call.

All the staff made are very nice and friendly. Made me feel at ease/relaxed. Marvin was thorough in my examination and was supported by Karen Cheryl and Tegan.
