Red curly-haired receptionist is rude and not helpful at all & not even interested to help. Not sure if ive been treated this why because I am from a different country but the customer service ive received from her already twice has made me extrimeley mad.

A few years ago the office was well run and patient centred. Now , they get things wrong and have an unapologetic, take it or leave it attitude.

Absolute nightmare to get through and then when you do, it’s like it’s the receptionists job to do everything they can to not give you an appt.

For example, I’ve done an online enquiry previously to save the time of calling through. A Dr has text to book an appointment as I need to be seen asap. Then I’ve called in to be told there’s no appts. That goes for any other day of the week, or the following week etc. you have to ring at 8am same day to get an appt. Where is the logic in being told there’s no appts when a doctor has told you to call in.

Likewise today, awful attitude of the call handler, to then after having a back and fourth and seemingly getting no where, then provided me an appt.

Customer service needs to change. If the call handles aren’t happy sat there day to day making appts, and feel the need to be rude, maybe it’s time to get a new job.

My mother, who recently suffered a stroke, contacted the surgery yesterday to speak to a doctor. She was told one would ring her back. Next day,she is still waiting for for a call back. Absolutely disgusting.

Get offered with a pharm referral so I accept I understand the strain and if I don’t need to take an appointment but able get medication then I’m okay with that…BUT to then go to the Pharmacy and the pharmacist diagnose me with conjunctivitis to then be told to pay for anti biotic eye drops? Well the eye drops are more than a prescription so I want a prescription, pharmacy use the bypass phone to ring doctor’s surgery for a
Prescription to which no one answers repeatedly! Rang main line to then be told il require a telephone appointment in the afternoon to which nobody called at all!! It’s Friday so a happy conjunctivitis weekend ahead! Cheers for nothing!! Next time il take one of your valued appointments up and not do you the favour!!!! 0/10 slack as!

Ridiculous telephone system, can't get through as lines busy and when you finally do, you're on hold for ages, to then be told there are no appts left and you'll have to try the whole rigmarole again tomorrow.
I was offered a telephone appt 3 weeks in the future for my 3 year old twins who had been suffering with severe diarrhea and sickness for 3 days, it doesn't even make sense!
Had to call 111 in desperation and they agreed that is a terrible syste and arranged an appt at A&E for me.
I felt a little embarrassed and guilty that I was using an Emergency service for d&v, but had no other option!!

Been with this practice a few years then two weeks ago my daughter got a call about her knees as she’s got to have reconstructive surgery the said doctor in question a dr Kirsty garret then said change your doctors your out of the area firstly I think you should re do your Webb page because it states you take ppl on out the area as long as no home visits we do have letters and they have been screen shot but I have reported this to the nhs medical board today

Very bad attitude at the reception desk. Three days in a row I call to make an appointment with the doctor because complications arose after the operation and all the time they find all kinds of reasons and do not register. It seems that the reception desk is staffed by very low-level staff and incompetence in the field of medicine.
