Tried to order a medication only to be told after them taking my money that they needed me to stay on a starter dose for an extra month even though I was due to go up in strength and then be told it's either a lower dose or my money back.

I've been waiting 4 days now and still the money is not back in my bank, do not trust this company! So quick to take your money and no rush to get it back to you. Absolutely disgusting I've not had to go 4 days without my medication and had to order elsewhere, I'll have to wait until Tuesday next week to now receive.

Should be bloody ashamed of yourself as a company.

Fast delivery and good prices. The emails for the discount codes are a bit tedious with them coming every few days and saying your discount code is about to expire but then as soon as it does, another is issued. Laughable really, not so much on their part, more on the folks that get suckered into this marketing technique. Also lost a star for the fact that your account doesn't save a lot of the information that is unlikely to change.

Absolutely terrible service. Item didn’t arrive despite paying for next day delivery and company has refused to issue a refund despite this clearly being the appropriate response.

I encourage you to stay away, and to ignore any replies from them that they might post in order to try and save face on this public forum.

Refused to give me the treatment that took me years of visiting experts in the field of my disease, because Oxfrod online pharmacy Doctor says that it's the wrong treatment. I should have consulted this doctor years ago, looks like he's/she's a genius expert on the field. Waste of time. DO NOT recommend.

I've used Oxford Online pharmacy a couple of times now for my weight loss injections. They usually have a discount code so very competitive price. My prescriptions have been processed promptly and dispatched quickly, with delivery usually the day after (the last one was delayed but my / royal mail's fault as Royal Mail were late and my husband ended up having to go out. Typically it came whilst he was out). Well packaged. No issues at all.

AVOID - I have been ordering the same medication from OOP for 9 mths, there have been a couple of queries from them about dosage which I've answered and the order has been processed.
Nothing has changed during this time, but now they will no longer prescribe as they maintain that they advised and I agreed to take a lower dose - neither of which is true, and no evidence of these emails have been supplied
They did the same thing to my wife, and to another reviewer I note, so we will be taking our business elsewhere

After using this company for a very long time and ordering basically the same medication for months all of a sudden the "Dr" decides they can not prescribe the medication again and instead recommends oral antibiotics as opposed to the topical ones I was using which of course can pose a bigger health risk using strong oral antibiotics. Clearly no consistency with this company and this particular so called "Dr" will clearly lose the company a lot of orders and on the back of that recommending more severe medication is a disgrace in my book. They take money from your account even before an order is approved! Sounds like a scam? You then have to contact the company to get it back and are told 3 to 5 days even though they take it immediately. Avoid this company there are others out there with Drs who actually ask questions instead of jumping to conclusions with one picture! Think this also needs to be raised with the BMA as too many Drs go straight to strong Oral Antibiotics which can have long term negative health effects. In addition they use a process to take your money first, hold on to it and decline orders. Not very ethical is it?
