Love Lauren’s wonderful little gym. I go to small group PT and it’s fab. I’m a complete beginner and can already see the progress I’ve made. Lauren is so supportive and if there’s even a little reason one of the exercises doesn’t work for you she’ll find an alternative so you can still get a good work out. She’s just the right amount of encouraging without being pushy. I’ve never stuck to a gym for this long before so I think that days everything!

Absolutely thrilled to share my 12 month journey with LG Well-being! Lauren, the driving force behind this awesome intimate gym in Carlisle city centre, is nothing short of amazing. From her HYROX Workouts (WODs), Pilates and Small Group PT sessions are all so much fun.

Lauren's approach is not just about exercise; it's about fostering a great vibe where everyone feels welcome and motivated.

LG-Wellbeing Gym is a fantastic exclusive fitness facility located in Carlisle City Centre and has recently become the first HYROX affiliated gym on Carlisle. Lauren is a fantastic Personal Trainer with experience training people from all background atheletes, mums, and grandparents alike. There are group exercise classes available for anyone to book into, small group, Semi-PT sessions &1-2-1 Personal Training Availible also. I would highly recommend this gym especially for people who are not comfortable working out in commercial gyms with lots of people. The welcoming atmosphere make it a very friendly safe feeling space to be.

Love this Gym the only one I have ever stuck to! Lauren is a brilliant P.T . She is patient, explains everything brilliantly, encourages you but most of all makes it fun! I like the fact that the classes are small and the people are friendly too.

Amazing PT who is friendly and motivational. Doesn’t matter how much experience you have in a gym she will take the time to show you what to do and makes you feel so confident. She makes every work out fun. As someone who would never have been seen in a gym she has made me love it.
