I've had both the Harmony Facial Experience and Hot Stones massage with Jennifer. What can I say - a very warm welcome into a luxurious environment where I could relax, unwind and leave stresses at the door. I came away feeling very restored and pampered - much needed as a mum of 2 under 2. I will definitely be going back for more holistic treatments and love the quality (& smell!) of products used. Jennifer is very informative before & after the treatments with a breadth of knowledge that she's happy to share. She’s so welcoming and friendly - I feel at ease and always looking forward to my treatments. She’s goes above and beyond for her clients and has a high attention to detail. Absolutely fabulous small business! Glamorous aromatherapy and crystal items and so much love and passion put into everything. Though I haven’t had any treatments from here but they sound and look so relaxing and tranquil. The customer service and support here is incredible and outstanding! 100% recommend to everyone and anyone who loves all things spiritual and health and wellbeing and holistc healing!

As a business owner myself i have been torn about posting but i had such an awful experience. My husband had bought me a voucher for Christmas. I contacted her to book and she told me to go the website to book. I did. But it asked me to pay. I went back and explained, i was then booked in. My appointment was cancelled three times last minute. The last time, i was literally on my way when the email came through. I was offered a refund. Which didn’t come. So we emailed, messaged and commented on instagram, (which was deleted!) it took over one month to get a refund. Awful experience not at all what is sold! All of emails were totally ignored! My husband had to email in the end. Disgusting. I was so worried he’d lose his money.
Not even an apology email or message to me. Not exactly on brand!

I can absolutely recommend Crystal Luna Holistic Healing. I went for the most amazing treatments today! Thank you Jennifer…it was amazing! The ambience and the massage itself made for a real relaxing treat! I thoroughly enjoyed the Harmony Facial experience and hot stones massage. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and detailed in her advice tailoring my treatment to my needs, highly recommend. The treatment room is beautiful, and the oils & candles smell amazing! Lovely quality products used throughout and I loved the rose quartz crystal mask - such a luxury. Can’t wait to try some more holistic treatments soon! Jennifer personalises treatments to you and your body’s needs. She champions putting your well-being first & escaping the stresses of life by giving yourself some self-love. Her crystals in the treatment room are truly beautiful too. Would definitely recommend a visit or two! Thank you, Jennifer!

Gorgeous, rural location and a wonderfully calm, beautifully decorated treatment room. I had a lovely treatment here with Jen who is friendly, informative and really knowledgeable in her field. I felt pampered and had the option of buying some lovely treats for myself afterwards. A place not to be missed! Great range of treatments and also fabulous crystals and gifts too. 5 star!

I can’t convey how much the harmony facial experience is not only a fabulous facial, but an experience and enrichment for the mind, body and soul. It was such a calming and spiritual experience and Jen was amazing in guiding me where my mind and soul needed to go. It completely reset me and was everything I needed and more! So relaxing, can’t recommend it enough, Jen is immensely skilled at what she does! It’s always a pleasure to attend her events and pop to her shop.
