This GP is a great place. People are very nice and kind. The doctor understands the issue and reacts promptly. We have got appointments on the same days.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful and guides you throughout the doctor visit. You can also ask for the print out of your recent blood test etc.
The nurses are well trained and give you very good advice. They often call the relevant hospitals to fix your appointment.
They are very particular about children and finding doctors or hospital appointments.
Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Called to book my daughter's first vaccinations/health check. Was told couldn't do both at the same time - ok so asked for Seperate appointments, the lady said she couldn't get a doctor's diary availability like what ? Asked if I could book in my own postnatal 6 week check and the receptionist said it's not necessary if I feel like I don't need one. Bearing in mind the complications I had postpartum I feel like it was necessary. They were also trying to take a delivery at the same time absolute shambles.

recently I wasfeeling very ill ,so weak that I could not even climb the stairs Rang the surgery at one minute to eight and was told all appointments were filled and to use patches which was also saying no appointments available .I got my daughtger to take me down to the surgery and was seen by a doctor when I told them I was very concerned as my breast were red and swollen and I had previously had breast cancer The result was I was found to have a serious infection and was admitted to hospital where I had 5 days of IV antibiotics I hate to think what would have happened if I had nott gone to the surgery in person. Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible and telephoning for anything else is a nightmare I recently waited 45 minutes for someone to answer my call This practice is a joke and I am only with them because of the convenience

I was seen on time by the physio and it was a worthwhile visit because he arranged for me to go for an X-ray and possibly get an injection on a longstanding painful knee.

If I could provide zero stars I would. My mother has recently been registered with this practice after moving into a local cafe home. The care home has reached out to the practice several times asking for a review of my mums health. Given she has breast cancer, which has spread throughout her body and is terminally ill you would expect this to be a priority. The practice in fact gave no response to the care home. I then reached out to the practice after around 1 and a half weeks of no luck from the care home. I spoke to a reception who said “I don’t know why that’s not been done” great. She advised she would chase. I then called back after 3 hours, spoke to another receptionist who said he would again chase with the doctor. On the third call that day to the surgery I spoke to a lady who advised a home visit had been booked for the following day. (Today). After the care home waited all day for the doctor to arrive I called the surgery again to find out where the doctor was. Baring in mind this was now 5:30pm to be advised by the receptionist that the home visit has been moved to tomorrow. Firstly nobody informed the care home or family of this so my mum has been waiting all day for this visit. Secondly this has already been delayed over a week for a terminally ill patient who is in extreme pain and needing her pain relief adjusting. Which I had advised the reception staff over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful. There’s zero patient centred care whatsoever.

91 year old Father in law referred here due to back issues... appointments cancelled or times changed with less than 24hrs notice ...last notification was on a bank holiday so couldn't even get In touch to say we couldn't bring him to the earlier time due to work commitments. . Was then noted as a missed appointment even though they were notified we could not take him due to lack of notice
