I had the full body oil and then steam massage which was a truly authentic Indian massage. It was hard enough for my muscles to have a good working over but relaxing enough for my to feel really peaceful and I had the best night sleep with fabulous skin ! Thoroughly recommend.

So grateful for a fantastic Panchakarma experience me and my husband had with Dr Rini and massage therapist Faisal. It was a wonderful alternative to travelling to India as new parents, and instead, have treatments as well as doctor’s guidance close to home. We feel and look fresher, slimmer and even younger. Cannot wait to do it again next year. Highly recommended.

It was my first experience at an Ayurvedic massage. I had one session of Abhyanga/full body massage with herbal steam at ANRC. They are real professionals at this, and the way they did it was very holistic and one felt really relaxed at the end of a session.
The 1 hour I spent there was the best, as I felt really refreshed and relaxed!
I would love to visit ANRC again to have a few more sessions and feel rejuvenated.
A must must try and highly recommended....

I’m delighted that ANRC in Ashurstwood has introduced their Ayurveda treatment to the clinic. I enjoyed having the full body relaxation massage that uses warmed oil infused with traditional Ayurvedic herbs, followed by a steam treatment that helps the oil sink in. Dr Rini is a very experienced Ayurvedic doctor and her massage is deep and therapeutic. The whole experience is very relaxing and rejuvenating. I’m looking forward to trying more of the treatments on offer and experiencing the many health benefits of Ayurveda. I would highly recommend the massage I had ?

This is a brilliant find locally. An Ayurveda Spa in Ashurst Wood. I have been having physiotherapy treatment here from the wonderful Praveen who recommendded the massage. I am so glad I took his advice. My whole body felt relaxed and yes revitalized after my massage and steam with Mrs. Rini. I am going to be doing this on a monthly basis now. My body needs and loves it. Highly recommended.

For long time I have had pain in my feet and other parts of the body. Praveen help me to solve my issues, he listen to my concerns and treatments are very intensive and effective.
Massages he recommended with Abhyanga are a great way to heal body as well. Only after 2 sessions I felt more relaxed and mobile. It is the best massage I have ever had.
