Sophie is so caring and always has time to explain any adjustments that she has done or might need doing. She is very friendly and approachable. I have also seen other chiropractors when Sophie has been away and the whole team are just so friendly. The receptionist is also incredibly friendly and nice and nothing is ever too much. Just all round a lovely practice.

I highly recommend the Wimborne Wellness Centre after receiving treatment from Ella and Matty for a rotated cuff injury sustained many years ago. Both Ella and Matty are very experienced and professional, listening and advising on the treatment I require.
After an intensive course of visits with both therapists, I have full movement and now pain free in my shoulder.
I am continuing visiting Ella as I’ve also undergone knee replacement to both knees and have a few niggles in feet and hips.
I recently retired and feel they have given me my life back to enable me to be active and do the things I always dreamed of. Thank you both so much.

After getting a bad lower back I sought assistance and help with my recovery. I spoke with Sophie who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understood exactly what needed to be done. Sophie used her vast chiropractic knowledge and acupuncture skills to realign by back and posture and aide my recovery. This helped with the pain and uncomfortable sensation I was having and put me well on the way to a full recovery. Really nice setting and a friendly and happy atmosphere inside. Have been seeing Lee who has been helping with my back pain and explaining things in a really clear and understandable way and providing exercises and stretches to do at home. Also had massages from Meg and Matty which were very nice!

First of all, this centre is in the mist beautiful setting and although possibly difficult to find, the instructions I received before my appointment were excellent!
Upon entering the building, I was immediately put at ease and greeted very warmly by a lovely receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble. I was offered refreshment and a comfortable seat to wait for Ella the Chiropractor.
After a few minutes wait , Ella came out and accompanied me to her treatment room, which was airy, spotlessly clean and cosy.
Ella was extremely thorough with her examination, she was professional and friendly. Even picking up on something I had mentioned and then telling me she could treat that too!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. The communication, warm welcome and lovely staff are second to none.
