Over the past two years I have seen Jo for help with a couple of issues I had been experiencing. I have had online sessions with her, and also recently I have been to her new therapy room. This is a truly wonderful, relaxing experience and Jo really puts you at ease. She seems to intuitively know the best course of action and she has given me some very useful insight and advice to take into my own life. She follows up with me after sessions, and she has sent me some hypnotherapy recordings to listen to at home. I find these very helpful. I can highly recommend Jo as an excellent therapist.
