Doctors and nurses are great, that's if u can get appointment, from the rude and nasty receptionist that u have to go through to see them. They ask for kindness and respect, when on the phone to them. But u get none back from them I don't like calling them or been a pain, but we have to when needs must.

The nurses are super lovely and very friendly, but when it came to ordering a repeat prescription I was told to do it online though an email. So I did, but never had a reply back from them, therefore I had to result to another online service. Thought I had it all sorted when I was sent the wrong medication. When I tried to get it sorted I was told I had to go through the online service to get it sorted, which wasn’t a problem, they told me to put in another order for the correct medication, but the surgery wouldn’t accept it and I had a very horrible phone call from one of their receptionist. She was very rude towards me and I felt very upset after the phone call as she told me “I think you’re just being fussy with the brands”. I wish I got her name but she sounded like an older lady on the phone.

So in the end I’ve had to pay £20 for my medication through another online pharmacy, so I’m not very happy at all. Why can’t things just be simple like they used to be and I can get my repeat prescriptions through my nurse. I don’t want to have to go through this all again in 3 months time.

The doctors and nurses are nice.

But I always feel anxious and don't feel I can call up with Amy enquiries or health related issues as the receptionists are very rude and blunt. They are not warm or attentive at all

The few appointments I got through to were ok. Dr Knight and Nurses are thorough and attentive. However, I came accross a super rude, patronising and know everything receptionist, I wish I took her name to shame her (only if she had one) she was not at the front of the desk but more at the side of the reception area. She butted in my conversation with the front of desk staff and was rude, emotionless, no empathy or sympathy what so ever. If I managed the practice she would get a job away from the phone and public!!

Very rude reception called Ann who hangs up on you when you tell them what you think of the service.
Dr’s that tell you to Google your symptoms or say what do you want me to do when you are seeking medical help.
When you read the terms on their website stating they are all for the patients well doesn’t seem so in this case now does it.
By far the worst medical service in Weymouth

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Always manage to get an appointment with the doctor I prefer. The waiting time after booking in is usually minimal.
The doctors are all brilliant.
A great surgery.

I hardly ever go to doctors, so for me to ask for appt is rare, but I've been unable to get appointment to see a nurse or doctor or even telephone consultation. Just keep being told to ring back the next day - only to be told the same ?

I’m 18, legally an adult, and I’m constantly patronised and not taken seriously. My doctor failed to realise I had a pelvic infection for 4 months because he wrote it off as a UTI. I was in agony. Impossible to get appointments.
