Will the nurse and doctors at this surgery are great, helpful, polite and professional the general running of the surgery is poor. Evrry appointment I have had has been late by 10 mins or more the most was 45 mins. I understand patients need a longer appointment but taking 3 times as long as the appointment time is ridiculous, there are other patients waiting and for me I take time out of work to see the doctor and I don't get paid for the time I don't work so I lose money. I always get early appointments and after work and I don't understand how they can be never be on time. I used to live in London my whole life and will it might have taken me 2 weeks to get an appointment I very rarely had a appointment be late. This needs to be looked at

Just joined they didn’t do my meds on a Friday and now over the weekend I’m in so much pain and very. Unwell with side effects not slept and sick sweats feel like I’ve got things crawling all over me due to not having um they said to chemist I’ve to wait till Monday but got same to collect then anyway but still owed script from fri not got number for out hours doc

My experience is the complete opposite to all the previous reviews. Moved here 2.5 years ago from fareham near Portsmouth and my whole family have had an outstanding service, always get appointments when required, great doctors who listen and take all the time they need, telephone staff always been courteous and listen to my problem and then get it sorted. Phlebotomists always efficient and get the job done quickly and painlessly. A great surgery, superb staff and very good doctors.

Great doctors surgery. Never have a problem getting an appointment. The doctors and nurses are friendly and do not rush you. Personally, I think it is the best doctors surgery we have been registered with.

Receptionists jobs are to answer phones and make appointments. They are not there to make up NHS rules and diagnose people's problems. Nor are they there to try and discourage patients from seeing doctors.

I can always get an appointment "on the day" but I do not work and can attend when there is an appointment free. The only problem at the Surgery is uncaring selfish people parking and going of to do shopping. I heard of one person parking regularly prior to catching the train!

Pretty terrible.

1: Never answers the phones.
2: A terrible appointment schedule system. 2 very narrow windows in a day to book. Working at those times? Well tough luck as you can't make future appointments. 🙂

Needs a major overhaul to staff and system.

Plus note doctors and nurses are friendly. 🙂
