I can only say that my wife and I have constantly found the Team at the Poundbury Surgery to be brilliant. The service is great nothing is too much trouble. If there is a wait to see a Doctor, inevitable given the demands on their time, but if you are worried about your medical problem the duty Doctor will call to discuss.

Impossible to see or speak to see a GP
Eventually after the telephone conversation the medication fails to be changed. Blood test results not discussed despite 2 letters to the GP. Waiting 3 weeks for a telephone appointment and 5 weeks for a face to face appointment with chronic health issues is unacceptable

I have been registered with many GP surgeries over the years because I’ve moved area. Poundbury Surgery is hands down the best surgery I’ve ever been with. All the staff are kind and helpful, I’ve never been made to feel that I’m wasting anyone’s time, and my experience is that I’ve always been able to speak to someone, or even see a GP, when I’ve really needed to. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you!

I can't thank this practise enough. I found myself away from my own area and urgently needing a visit to a GP. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was seen promptly and received an excellent consultation. To be highly recommended.

Outstanding practice. (Cornwall Road Surgery). I have been a patient with this surgery since I was a litle girl, I'm now 65. In those days it was at Cornwall Road. Never had a problem with seeing or speaking to a doctor. The receptionists are always so polite even when under pressure and the doctors are always very understanding and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else .

Having experienced another surgery in Suffolk for many years (they were hopeless), I know just how good this surgery is. Pro-active, efficient, helpful, friendly with plenty of smiles - nobody has the grumpy 'I don't have to work here' attitude. Highly recommended if you use a surgery as often as I do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most useless doctors in the world, words cannot explain how bad the care given to my partner has been. Hell is the word I associate with this place and the 4 different doctors we have seen.
