I always find this surgery very helpful. The staff are polite and kind and the doctors I've seen are all thorough and explain things to me so I can understand what is going on and what I need to do about it. A lovely surgery.

With my old Drs I would have called up, waited on the phone for half an hour and been told the earliest appointment was 2 weeks time for them to cancel in the day and not re book you. Very VERY impressed with Verwood Surgery. They got me a same day appointment which was very much needed within a few house of me calling and getting signed up. Can't recommend enough!

I had a recent appointment with my Doctor and had a couple of issues I was concerned about she was so professional and explained everything even though it went over time allotted to a visit, cannot praise this surgery enough including all staff.

I've had bad experiences with this doctors. Multiple times doctors haven't called me back regarding my kids. No apology. Doctors have been rude when I've spoken to them over the phone and spoken over me as well as in my appointments.
I can count on one hand the doctors that are good and respectful. Also the nurse, Charlotte, is brilliant and so so friendly.

I have recently had a cancer operation. The surgery have been fantastic. The nurse dressed my wounds on a couple of occasions when I was worried and picked up I had an infection and I have seen two of the doctors when I needed to and they were both kind, supportive and very competent. The receptionists go out of their way to be helpful with a can do attitude. This is the best treatment I have ever had from a GP practice especially considering what a difficult time it is for the NHS as a whole. Thank you.

I can honestly say that as doctor surgeries go the Verwood surgery is very good always very helpful and efficient, having done a doctors receptionist job many years ago it is not easy not everyone of the public is pleasant but as a receptionist you need be helpful and understanding.

Had some good experiences but mainly bad. Had an X-ray over a month ago, have called to speak to doctor about it multiple times but still havent had anyone get back to me!
