I saw Diana at Hayfield surgery. What an exceptional nurse you have, she is thoroughly professional and an outstanding person. Always goes that extra mile, so caring. One of the very few nurses who can get my blood due to her expertise in her field of knowledge. I have always been so well looked after at the Sett Valley Surgery and it's due to the care of the nurses and GPs there.

I have lived in new mills for almost 26 years and have been a patient at sett valley medical centre, all of this time.
I have seen a lot of changes in this time and have always been cared for, listened too and respected..
in recent times I have had major illnesses and have always been given the very best of treatment and referrals.. as I have reached older age, the care has become even better.
All of the staff are caring and currently having had Covid rather badly, am being referred for x rays and scans. I can’ only say what an incredible health service we have in sett valley medical centre.

I have always managed to get an appointment in a reasonable time. Whether I have seem the doctors, nurse practitioners or nurses I have felt that they have taken my concerns seriously and discussed my options. Where necessary I have been referred for tests.

Very pleased with my experiences at the practice.

Thank goodness for a doctor who addresses the client; despite his disability. She was patient whilst not waisting any valuable time. She reassured him that he would be better in time for Christmas. Explained things to him thoroughly.

Have had very good experiences here overall , the doctors and other staff are caring and go out of their way to make sure you are sorted out. They dealt with a temporary and unusual illness of mine very efficiently recently , despite difficulties for them getting hold of a consultant in that area to approve the treatment quickly, which I was very grateful for , thank you !

Explanations of each drug and my experience taking it before reordering. Was a great help in my deciding to change from Steroids to Methotrexate in New Year . When the pharmacist from from SHH rang I was able to make an appointment with a GP in New Year. Thanks Sett Valley for guiding my journey to being well.
