A disgusting excuse for a home healthcare Company.

They have no respect towards the client and their wishes, with lack of communication being at the "heart" of the company it seems.

Care plans out of date and not adequate to the clients medical needs.

Protocol for bringing in new staff and training is abysmal, not to mention MAR charts consistently wrong with wrong dosages and not appropriately signed off.

Don't bother to make formal complaints as they will brush under the carpet the inadequate care and only show what they want in the outcome, then when you appeal they close the investigation within 24 hours with no explanation.

Recruitment brings in staff onto the package with little to no experience and try to sign off as quickly as possible in as little as 1 shadow shift without our consent, creating safeguarding/ consent of care issues which were ignored.

Office staff pressure you into taking on staff you are not happy with as you are told they will not cover the shift if you refuse.
When you complain, they use the fact you agreed although they gave you no other choice.

The package was never fully staffed.

Seems the only thing they are good at is making sure they are not uncovered for their incompetence all round.

Outstanding care given to my grandad.. all his needs were met right from the very start of his care..
The carer's couldn't do enough for him. So caring towards his needs, Always made sure his family was happy with his care and always asked if they could do anymore.. which they couldn't because the care was outstanding each and every day.
The office staff were brilliant. Honestly I can't praise ambition staff enough would highly recommend.

In one word, shocking. Never have sent more than 50% of carers needed. In the 3 months I have been home, me and my wife have had to cope without carers for 30 days on our own. Complaining is pointless as no-one responds or seems to care. I don’t think anyone in the office really does care. Weekends are very hard to get carers in. They send carers that are not suitable for many reasons but blame me when it doesn’t work out. I feel that having no one at all would be better as at least I would know what’s going on. I have so much more to say but cannot be bothered to say anymore. I would steer clear clear of this company at all costs.
