Excellent staff and that's all departments think new manager and her team are making the home way better than they have the right approach which was lacking before. My wife is so well cared for and happy. And the domestic team certainly are doing a fantastic job from a few years ago when my wife first entered the home when it was looking not so clean but now its really good. Well done to all .

Astonishing place and great work environment.

I am an agency worker and I am pleased to say that so far this has been the best place I’ve been to. Staff are incredible, adequate , very responsive and polite with other staff and especially the residents.
The nurses are also very well trained in what they do in their practice and have excellent knowledge and efficiency of making sure which certain residents get their right medication on time.

I highly recommend this place!

The staff that work in this establishment are fantastic. My father is currently residing here and my mother was in another 'caring' home which I thought was pretty good. But there is no comparison really. If I have to make a criticism, the food is good but not as good as the home my mother was in. But everything else is so very good, this minor point hardly registers on my radar.
