Had eye test there today. Cannot fault the front line staff who were very friendly and fixed existing glasses for me. However was using vouchers not used before and didn’t really understand the options, and when I asked why I was getting a prescription for two sets of glasses it wasn’t explained and felt very rushed. I was then told vouchers had to be used at that time (something that must be in the small print) so rather than feeling pressured to make potentially expensive decisions for different sets of glasses when I wasn’t really sure of everything I just left. Perhaps just taking a couple more minutes to explain things when your customers ask would be good.

Service from entering here till left was brilliant. Staff is very helpful. In the end, I had to get glasses. The man who did the test made me feel carm and was so patient with me. Thank you so much.

Excellent glasses at a very good price. Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Top notch service from walking through the door for my eye test to leaving the store at my second visit with my new glasses. My only complaint? I can't find a way of bypassing the review system to give 6 stars.
