Great service and brilliant staff.
Go above and beyond.
The glasses/frames are more expensive than other places however you pay for what you get.
Would 100% recommend this opticians to anyone for a great all round service and price

Excellent customer service, ease of appointment booking and thorough examination, including hearing test. Great help in picking new glasses and recommendations for suitable lenses. Advised glasses would take 10-14 days but they were available within 7. Would fully recommend 5⭐️

Always first class service, super friendly and professional with it. Having successfully bought varifocals earlier this year, I recently went back for varifocal sunglasses. Honest, straight forward advice and they arrived in half the time quoted. My husband was delighted when he was offered custard cream biscuits too! My Mum has a similar experience at a different branch. These guys have it sussed...I would highly recommend.

Had a full eye health check. The scans are incredible and the advice was very reassuring. Best of all though was the fact they didn't try to hard sell me anything. Very professional, highly recommended.

I didn't go for me, but went with someone else. But they offered me a hot drink whike i waited which i thought was really good customer service.
It was very clean, the receptionist was very good to all customers, that came through the door, or even phoned up.
The treatment my friend recieved was excellent.

I visited Cecil Amey in Dereham today for a regular eye check up after having a disappointing experience with Specsavers.
I was treated with professionalism and kindness and felt like I was listened to throughout. At no point did I feel rushed and I was confident that the advice and results of my eye test were spot on.
Thank you to Dan and Julie for being so lovely……I’ll be back in a couple of years for my next check up.

First class service from the branch in Watton. Friendly staff who really know their stuff. My glasses were ready in eight days as promised. Good old fashioned service. (quite rare these days). Very highly recommended. 10/10.

My Husband bought some glasses from here and recommended that I go. I wasn't dissapointed. The service was excellent and very personal which wasn't an issue with the Covid restrictions. I was asked what style of glasses I liked and the lady went around the store and chose lots of different styles for me to try. We decided on two, I couldn't choose. when I went back to collect them the sevice again was fabulous and personal. Would highly recommend a visit.
