Highly recommend Joss for any mobility issues. She really helped my Achilles problem and after just one session, my heels felt the loosest they had in months! Have used Joss many times after suffering reaching injuries caused through sports. She has always been incredibly warm and welcoming through sessions.

She listened to all my problems, assisted me during the session as well as offering helpful advice to take home.

Fantastic service, suffered with lower back pain for 30 years, Joss worked her magic, gave me an exercise plan to follow and after a few more treatments my back has never felt so good... I would say cured but don't want to jinx it.
