If I could give this pharmacy 7 stars I will. The staffs are all amazing and work really hard. The agro they get is unfair. This is the only pharmacy where I get to see the pharmacist in an instant without having to wait. Keep the good work and thank you for what you are doing for the community.

Superb service every time I've used them (and it's getting more frequent as I get older). The staff are friendly and professional and highly efficient. The new pharmacist is outstandingly good; excellent advice and assistance. All round the best pharmacy I've ever used. Five stars.

Worst pharmacy in town. Send a prescription to them 2 weeks ago for critical medicine, turn up wait an hour to collect and they've not even ordered it yet. Tell you to phone back this evening and they don't pick up the phone. I guess the patient will just die then and we will rush to hospital for emergency prescription again. This has happened twice and we moved pharmacies. It got sent here by mistake by the GP and we are stuck with no medicine again.

Actual joke of a pharmacy. Waited for 45 minutes, whilst they allowed other customers to barge in, to be told they don't have the meds. 7 week old baby waiting for the meds that needed to be started today. Could have had it sent to another pharmacy but thought it would be quicker to get it straight from the surgery.
Unless your a "friend" of the staff you're pushed to the back of the queue. Disgusting.

Bloody awful! Never known service like it. Prescriptions are never ready even when they are pre ordered it’s ridiculous! Staff are oblivious apart from the pharmacist who seems to carry the team! Something needs to change

Appalling customer service. Kept waiting 35 mins for a COVID vaccination with no explanation. No reason the room full of people being kept waiting couldn't have been told what the problem was and how late they were going to be kept.

Very friendly attentive staff, and knowledgeable pharmacists.
They have some lovely Christmas gifts at the moment, only popped in for a flu jab.

Absolutely useless, walked in at 9am hoping to get help with an ear ache as was in agony and was told to come back at 1.30pm, said I can’t do that as live far away and am on foot, was told “go to another pharmacy then.”
Appalling customer service! Needs zero stars.
