Spires Leisure Club & Spa is an absolute gem, and I cannot praise Silvia, the receptionist, enough! From the moment I walked in, Silvia greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt welcome. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless.

Silvia patiently answered all my questions about the facilities and membership options, making me feel valued and not rushed at all. Her genuine smile and positive energy set the tone for a truly relaxing visit.

Lovely and amazing staff , my favourite person is Isabella . Who is always smiling and happy to help with everything! Very lucky company to have such a wonderful person! And I can say we would not come if Isabella, lacy where not there. Amazing staff!

This was my first visit to Spires Hotel in Oxford and definitely won't be my last. The room provided was clean and neat.

Room service and staff care was incredibly helpful and tended all my requests in a timely manner.

Breakfast was included in my stay and the food provided was standard English breakfast buffet. The ingredients were fresh and staff again we're very helpful.

I'd also like to mention Abbie, my mususe, who not only provided an excellent massage, but also assisted with a request to help surprise my partner with a gift.

All in all, a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

Tried out this club to see if I wanted to join. The massage was nice and so was the pool. But sadly the "hot"tub was like bathwater and the showers are pressing operated and go on for only a brief moment before turning off. Very cheap cost saving measures seem to be the go-to for this place. I've learned they keep increasing the price and decreasing the perks having removed all guest passes and raised the monthly over 50% in the last few years.

Voco health spa is a great place to fulfill all of your health related needs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any help needed.
