Great service from Specsavers Leatherhead. Knowledgeable optician who administered the eye test. Good range of frames at various price levels. Glasses prepared quickly even over the Christmas period. Collection on time and handled well by the team in the shop. Recommended!!

Well at first the service seemed to be good . Was tols my classes would be ready on saturday 7th december . Got message on tues 2nd december saying my order is delayed and they will be in contact . Its 10 th decemver no call no up date nothing ! Called the shop to be told they knew nothing . £300 out of pocket and they cant even tell me when i will recieve my glasses !! Not happy

Popped in this morning in hope I could get my glasses tightened. Served by Harvey.. amazing customer service, so helpful. Harvey not only tightened glasses but also noticed nose pads needed changing... All was done by Harvey. Both Leatherhead and Reigate staff are a credit to your company. Thank you so much Harvey.

Fantastic service. All staff were well trained, helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I scratched my eye so they did thorough checks and gave me ongoing care over a number of days. A lovely team.
