Absolutely fantastic so far! So far so good. Have been with Glen Paul Therapies coming up 4 weeks and already a stone down and totally motivated. I have one to one support and Glen is always available with help and encouragement every step of the way. I'm not only learning about new foods and a healthier way of living I'm also learning new things every day about mindfulness and how important that is on my journey. Still a way to go but I know I'm in safe hands! I feel extremely comfortable as I know Glen has been in my position himself, so he knows how it feels and can give me honesty and share tips and advice on his own experience. Have already recommended 2 friends.

Glen has been absolutely fantastic right from the get go. He really listens to what you want to achieve and really knows his stuff. He is very clear on what you will be doing week by week and is in contact with you everyday via message , email or phone call with positive messages and is behind you all the way. He makes losing weight easier than it ever has been for me losing 8 lbs within the first 10 days!!! Would highly recommend glen if you want to achieve your goal, after trying many different diets this is the one I have seen definite improvements on 🙂

I began my weight loss journey with Glen just 3 weeks ago. After many failed attempts over the past 12 months I am finally on the path to lose weight.
Glen is extremely professional, motivational and caring towards individual circumstances.
It's very clear, Glen not only has a passion for helping clients to lose weight but to also empower them with positive mindfulness on their journey.
