This gym would be so much better if they taught their younger members gym etiquette. Usually large groups of teens on their phones, you are waiting ages for machines. I totally understand using your phone between sets, but if multiple people are using 1 machine, there should always be someone using it. Sucks cause its got great equipment if you can actually use it.

I've been training here for 3 years. I am always feel welcomed. The staff are super, with them I achieve my goals and set new ones. Thank you guys to help me. Gym area and toilets are super clean - big thank you for the cleaner Charly. Big enough room and equipment. And people who come are friendly. For today is the best gym in East-Grinstead for me, as in 15 years I have been visited many.

Attend sessions/classes with Naomi twice and week and they are great! Always clean and presentable gym, busy at peak times as you would expect.

Love this gym. Naomi and Wayne's spin classes are excellent. Tom, Fraser and Abdel are quality PTs and all their classes 10/10. Defo recommend it.

The classes here are fantastic, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Naomi took a fantastic cycle class keeping everyone motivated for the full 30 mins. Thanks a lot
