Lucy is wonderful. We had the most fantastic morning at the Light Lodge for my niece’s hen party. Lucy gave us a bespoke yoga experience in the garden which was brilliantly tailored for a group of mixed age women (25 to 70) with different levels of experience of yoga and mobility (the bride to be was very pregnant). Lucy somehow made it all work beautifully. It was such a joyful, fun, light, bonding and also profoundly moving experience. I could not recommend Lucy and the Light Lodge more highly.

My husband booked me a 2 hour therapy session as a much needed treat while we were staying in the Hartsfield Manor, a few minutes drive away. The Light Lodge is a purpose built room on the side of a beautiful house in a lovely little village so first impressions were fantastic before I even walked through the door. On arrival I was greeted by Lucy and was made to feel relaxed and welcome instantly. The therapies offered are extensive and I simply couldn’t choose so Lucy offered to provide a combination of all during the 2 hour session, including Thai and Swedish massage and Reiki. Before the therapy I had been under a lot of stress, was very tense and not sleeping at all. I can say hand on heart that I have never felt as relaxed or at peace as I was during the therapy and even commented to Lucy after that I felt so relaxed, refreshed and positive. A week later I am still feeling the positive effects and am inspired to make positive changes in my life. I will definitely return and am sad that we live so far away. I can not recommend Lucy and The Light Lodge enough and urge anyone thinking of visiting to do so without hesitation.

Lucy’s warm friendly welcome, and her ability to make you feel at ease, together with the calmness of the Light Lodge all contributed to a very relaxing and calming Reiki treatment. Left, feeling very light and tension free. I had the best nights sleep I have had in a long time.

Lucy also did a Wildwood tarot reading for me - amazingly actuate.

A peaceful and relaxing environment just adds to the professionalism and expertise of Lucy's knowledge in a wide range of therapies.

I have used massage techniques for many years to unwind from the daily grind. Having travelled around the world extensively, I have come across good and mediocre therapists, Lucy sits well above both these groups at the level of excellence. Thai massage when undertaken correctly is hard to find, I would rate Lucy expertise in this field as in the top 2 Thai massages that I have received, so much so that I have returned about 5 times so far and my wife twice. We will be returning again soon.
