At the first hint of a snuffle from any of the family members, we book in to Koru Wellness halotherapy room! Since we've been visiting, no-one has suffered more than a cold, which they've easily kicked into touch. No infections, no sinusitis, improved hay fever and no antibiotics! Loving the red light and the balancer boots too! Such a joy to have it down the road... Many thanks Erin and team!

The staff here are so friendly and the salt treatments are a great solution for colds and eczema.

Erin was very informative and fully explained the concept and history of dry salt therapy. We went as my husband had had a bacterial chest infection and a cough. The salt therapy room is very relaxing and you easily switch off in there. The experience gave a lot of relief and eased his breathing problem.

Koru Wellness was recommended to me by a friend for asthma and sinus problems. Chloe was great, super friendly and the salt room experience was nice, chilled and relaxing. This really worked! After one session, the wheezing stopped. I have been six times and there has been a vast improvement. I will definitely go again and recommend this!

Erin is lovely and has been really helpful and accommodating. The dry salt therapy has managed to decrease my chronic cough (due to a form of chronic bronchitis) so much so that I bought the home device Erin sells. I will definitely return occasionally for a session purely for the relaxation benefits as it really is very relaxing. The session price is incredibly reasonable which makes it accessible, if wanting to try out salt therapy for the first time at £5 it really is worth a go. The only downside is I wish I'd found Erin/Koru Wellness sooner!

The salt room is very relaxing. My husband and I went together for different reasons and we both got benefits from going. We had the red light treatment as well, which was so good.
Erin is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.
