I have to leave a review for this little known wellness hub in Croydon. Last week I rang on the off chance that they would be able to assist in me in the completion of a visa application to travel and to my surprise they made it happen and put me in the capable hands of Fiyin who proved herself to be a gem. I had little time to get it done and she invited me to come in straight after my call. I'm not tech savvy so her assistance was priceless to me when it came to uploading doc's etc. She was patient, efficient and meticulous and didn't stop until the job was completed. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and I am very grateful for this free service in the heart of Croydon. Previously I received assistance from Tanya to complete an unrelated form for the DWP and I received the same outstanding treatment. I only found out about the Wellness Centre after a long search, late last year, for help with the above. I hope that it gets more advertising so more people can know of the facilities. The staff are all very courteous, caring and people persons. Well done and kudos to Croydon Council on this one!
