I'm 81 and have various conditions that make me a frequent user at this medical practice. I have found that the admin and nursing staff have never been other than polite and helpful. It does take longer these days to get a non urgent consultation with a doctor, but that's the same everywhere. If it is urgent then I've been given same day appointments when I phoned to request one.
I recommend this practice and am grateful for their outstanding support and care.

Been park of this practice longer than I can remember and the past 4years have been awful. No issues of mine have even been identified, scans booked without my knowledge and then I get a text saying I missed them without even knowing I had said appointment, results of tests and scans taking forever to come through. Do not recommend these doctors unless you're above 60.

The doctors and nurses are great most receptionists are very helpful some are rude.. main issue is waiting over a month for an appointment which is very hard when trying new medication and need to see someone after 2 weeks. Leaving notes on patent access don't often get read so makes it all worse ☹️

I was appalled at the very negative review by Lill HayleyJane whom
no matter the circumstances should NOT write such castigating reviews!
So I decided to write a reposte by showing how professional and caring ALL are at Eastwick Park Surgery.
I am just turning 82 in June. I have benefitted substantially from all doctors and nurses and the charming receptionists who greet me by name.
I was originally assigned to Dr. Galloway in the early days when his examinations were very thorough but as he was also responsible for the fledgling computer service as a software specialist I helped him with programming the Practice booking service.
More recently Dr. Dawson examined my legs and immediately arranged for me to be admitted to Epson and General Hospital as I now have bilateral cellulitis requiring antibiotic injections.
I am now under the care of Doctor Man.
Meanwhile thanks to Sally one of the highly professional District Nurses
My legs have almost returned to normal

One star is too generous for this place. Rude receptionists and incompetent gp's. The gp wouldn't even come near my mum to take a closer look at the issue and was unable to take her temperature because she couldn't work the thermometer. She also wouldn't prescribe my mum an asthma pump because apparently it's not on her records. My mum has had asthma for 40 odd years 😐! Do yourself a favour and find a decent GP's because this place is dreadful!! We will definitely be seeking legal advice!!

I rarely go to the doctors (twice in 3 years) and I knew there was something wrong with me, despite not having an appointment I went into the surgery to ask for advice. The receptionists were so understanding and arranged for me to see Dr. Dawson within the hour. Dr Dawson was exempelary asked another doctor for her opinion. The upshot being that I went to A&E and was admitted that night. I am fine now and would just like to give my heartfelt thanks to all at Easwick Park Medical Practice.

I have been a patient since 2008. Without exception, my experience has been consistently excellent, receptionists, nurses and doctors alike. My take on process there revealed previously undiagnosed diabetes type 2 and I received immediate specialist advice from Dr Martin, whose special interest is diabetes. Whilst I am happy to see any doctor, I have an assigned doctor as I have a complicated medical history. 10/10 with five gold stars and much gratitude !!
