Small job completed with care and precision. The cherry tree in our front garden had gotten a little out of hand and was in need of some maintenance. It was a straightforward job for Matt, and he could have just come along and done what he thinks is best, but he took the time to ask us more about what we wanted. He considered details like the view from our upstairs window, the light in the front garden, and also advised on how we should maintain it going forward. Customer care for routine jobs is often lost, but for Matt this was a key part of his service. Matt doesn't just cut down trees, he helps create the desired environment to meet his customers' needs.
