In last 6 months I've had three appointments for different things. One a routine thing. One involving a referral. And one urgent thing. Each time I've only needed to wait 10-15 mins for someone to answer phone (pretty good relatively speaking!). And got an appointment within 24-72hrs. The doctors I've seen have been very friendly and helpful.

I've deducted a star because the website is quite confusing around how to arrange an appointment. It links to places that don't exist or don't do what they say they do. Some of the guidance is also confusing. For example, it says you can book an appointment via the NHS app, but in reality this is just certain types of appointment like smear test.

As others have said night and day improvement now it is being run by the Manor Surgery. Filled out the online form at 8.25am and received a phone call with a follow up text by 8.45am. Appointment booked in for an hour later and I was seen on time. Excellent service and can't fault it.

It is clear that the practice is working very hard to improve. I really appreciate the new callback system during busy times. Hazel and her reception staff team are always very friendly and do their best, in what are extremely challenging times for our NHS. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that myself and my children see a GP or get a prescription as soon as possible.

I have received excellent medical care from my GP Referred promptly to expert diagnostic specialist Good outcome,I received appropriate referral to specialist within acceptable timeframe.Had surgery following investigation with satisfactory outcome I am grateful for the care I received at a time of particular concern All services from GP to Radiology to surgical intervention resulted in my receiving a seamless service and ensured my health and wellbeing was improved

Beyond useless - if you ever get through to reception, they will do their best to direct you elsewhere. Spent 30 mins waiting on the phone at 3pm to ask about vaccine records, I'd really like 10 mins in a quiet room with the person that decided playing upbeat high pitched flute music was the best idea whilst leaving patients on hold for half an hour at a time.

First time I’ve had to use the surgery for a while. Amazing transformation since the Manor Group took over. Such a good service now, everyone was lovely!

Taking the time to write to say thank you for lots of positive experiences with this surgery over the years. Most recently I was worried about something last week and rang in. Although there was a phone queue it went down quickly and the receptionist was kind and apologised for the delay. The Dr rang me that morning and talked through the problem in detail, and arranged to see me that afternoon. She was kind and thorough and reassuring. I felt very blessed to live in this country and have access to the NHS. This is representative of the care we have had as a family over the last ten years. Thank you!

Was here for a check up about a year ago, seen by a GP and was referred well to the right specialist. Receptionist was also calm and helpful at that time of making an appointment. It took time for me to write this feedback but I am writing this now as my way of appreciation to those staff who made their effort to help before and during this difficult year.
