As usual, friendly staff. Martha did a fantastic job. She is so approachable explaining each step. She is very understanding & helpful re ongoing health issues. Needed a new dentist after moving to the area. Was super simple to register and book an appointment. Really friendly reception staff too. Inside is modern and relaxing. The price for a check-up I found really good. They do a full check, then take pictures and an X-ray. While I was waiting for the X-ray images to be processed, the dentist went through the images and explained stuff to me. Highly recommend this place.

As a new patient at Cherry Tree Dental Practice I can't praise it enough. I am extremely nervous when visiting the dentist & Jens was very understanding & put me at ease. I have had 2 appointments so far & both have been pain free. 😁. The dental nurse & receptionists are also very friendly and helpful.

Overall Cherrytree were excellent. The reception team were extremely helpful and easy to book in with. The hygienist was delightful, kind and thorough.

My only ‘complaint’ as such is that as a new patient I could only book a 60 minute appointment. this was £168 which is a huge amount of money, especially on maternity leave. But as it was the only option, I booked. On the day, my appointment was running about 10 minutes late (which I didn’t mind at all), but as I was walking out, it was still 10 minutes before the appointment should have ended, including quite a lot of chatting. So my treatment time was probably 30 minutes, and I feel I was overcharged for a 60 minute appointment. It would be fairer to offer shorter appointments, and only insist on longer more expensive ones if clinically indicated.

This was my first visit to Cherry Tree dentists, Dr Jens Wille and his assistant immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. They put together a reasonable treatment plan for me based upon my needs. Highly recommended.

First visit and pleasantly surprised - comfortable colourful waiting area.
Helpful receptionists, caring dentist and nurse who talked me through the whole procedure. Very reassuring if you are a little anxious/nervous. Had a crown and filling next to it, numbing injection lasted well after procedure, when it wore off there was no pain at all! Very pleased and will continue to book dental treatments here.

I love the warm welcome the receptionists give. This has not been my experience in previous practices. Dentists are lovely and seem to know what they are talking about. They are always very good with my children too. The hygienist is also very friendly and lovely to chat too aswell as good at her job. Thank you
