Nicola was amazing! I enjoyed 3 massages through my pregnancy and postpartum that where adapted to my needs, from relaxation and deep tissue massages to connecting with baby and my own body through the journey. Had a deep tissue massage with Nicola at Alma Wellness and the whole experience from arriving to leaving was relaxing and peaceful. She worked on some tight areas of my back and kept checking in with me throughout the treatment. Would definitely recommend. A real escape and a lovely treat.

Great experience of Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). I had inflammation, was feeling sluggish and my legs were aching and heavy. After the treatment, my symptoms were reduced, and I had more energy and felt very Zen. It’s not like a regular massage and feels very gentle and relaxing, Nicola explained everything about MLD and i’m looking forward to having a few more sessions.
