I’ve been working with Karl for a good few months now. I started seeing him for poor hip/knee mobility & back issues. I’m not fully recovered yet, but I know these things take time. Most of my issues have resolved now though, which is great! I’d say I feel about 80% recovered which is miles better than I was when I first started seeing Karl.
