I received a full body massage today from Jem. The experience was exceptional. I was made to feel welcome upon arriving. The treatment was perfect, great setting and atmosphere, my whole body now feels very relaxed and without tension. Much of the discomfort I was feeling in my neck and back has now left. Would highly recommend.

I had a spa day here. The facilities were modern, clean and tidy. The pool was 32 degrees and there were 4 loungers by the pool. The jacuzzi was a good size with both seated and reclining areas. There was a nice steam room and sauna too. Favilities are accessible with hoists, etc available.

The place was relatively quiet. Complimentary still/sparkling water, fruit juice, tea and coffee is provided. There were a few samples (soap, a room mister and massage oil) and two chocolates provided with the robe, towels and slippers. There is also a gym available.

Those on a spa day have access to a relaxation room. I had the 'work it out massage' and the 'my kinda facial' with Rosie who was great. After the treatments I was given a smoothie and sorbet and provided with information about products I might find helpful.

Lunch was provided in the cafe. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the limited selection of starter (soup) or dessert (piece of cake or tart) for lunch and any drinks were extra (except water).

All staff were friendly and helpful.
