Attended the clinic to remove the surgical dressing as my GP practice were unable to accommodate.Receptionist was polite, friendly. The nurse was compassionate and highly capable nurse also. I was very impressed with the experience overall. The only drawback was I had to wait for about 3 hours. I didn’t mind as l had no other choice.

Had a very good experience here to remove surgical clips post spinal surgery as my GP practice were not able to remove within the advised timeframe. Receptionist was polite, friendly and there was a shorter wait than I had expected. Surgical clips were removed efficiently by a compassionate and highly capable nurse. I was very impressed with the experience overall.

I went to the walk in centre today, my little son was seen promptly by a lovely pediatrician CLARE caring and very helpful. My son had very bad allergies reaction we don’t know the reason but this beautiful human gave him the right medication and he was much better and calmer.
Also, very friendly staff at reception!

I didn’t wait for too long the Doctor Dee House was very efficient and friendly and treated me very well. Check up was done very efficiently by her.

Not too bad but when very busy they should give priority to children, really, you shouldn't make children wait there for hours. There should be a nurse for children only but not this time. They should at least come out and update on waiting time when you have a child that has been all day at school.

Worst service i received from the nurse. She called me in, no interest at all in listening to my health condition, kept asking me why i was there and told me to go to A&E and got rid of me in ñess than 1 minute.
No peoples skills, no empathy. Shpuld not be a nurse. A middle agwd broad english lady, grey hair. Awful experience. Recommend she leaves the job, there are plenty of people out there who would love to be nurses and have qualifications. Shame on her. Receptionist instead was lovely.

I have visited numerous clinics and hospitals, but I have never encountered the same level of outstanding care and dedication as I did with her. Disappointing Experience with Receptionist Vames Pidding at Teddington Memorial Hospital

Two days ago, I wrote about the exceptional care I received from Nurse Grace, who treated me with warmth and professionalism. Her dedication left me feeling deeply grateful, and I praised Teddington Memorial Hospital for its excellent staff. Unfortunately, my experience today, January 8, 2025, was the complete opposite.

I had an appointment for a wound dressing, and despite my wound bleeding and my inability to sit comfortably, receptionist Vames Pidding made me wait for over three hours. His attitude was dismissive, and he spoke to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare environment.

It is frustrating and disheartening to be treated in such a way, particularly when a patient is in pain and urgently requires care. This experience overshadowed the good impression I had of the hospital, and I urge the administration to address this behavior seriously.

I am formally requesting that this complaint be brought to the attention of the hospital’s management, as no patient should have to endure such treatment. I hope necessary measures are taken to ensure no one else faces the same disrespect and negligence.

Im here waiting for over 2 hours and i understand walk ins would obviously take a long time considering its a sunday (10/11/2024) but the the hospital needs to do better with how the receptionist talk to the patients especially Jayne i think that's how to spell her name she was so rude to me when i was asking her about the whereabouts of the nurse because she had taken her second break within the last hour. And all the receptionist Jayne did was make faces at me like if i was stupid and wrong to ask about where the nurse had gone, i had and found out that she treated my mother the same Way by making her feel stupid and make faces. I understand being frustrated with loads of people but it doesnt give her an excuse to be rude when i was completely respectfull when i was talking to her. Please if u have nurses scheduled for the walk in can u please as a hospital have nnurses that dont take 30-40 min breaks every 1 hour please. I was in so much pain because i had surgery and needed the nurse to change my dressings but am just left with a nurse that keeps taking breaks and not taking patients.
