We engaged Amily Homecare to provide live-in care for my mother and were very satisfied with the service provided. Care needed to be arranged at short notice and despite this, following a thorough assessment and evaluation of premises, Amily were able to arrange for live in care to start promptly. The carers that Amily supplied to look after mum have been wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and efficient and made mum's life much easier at a difficult time. We have been impressed with the support and accessibility of staff at the office and their monitoring of the care being provided. Cost of care is competitive, especially bearing in mind the quality of service provided.

An absolutely wonderful care service. My mother was very unwell and Amily provided us with care for her daily. Busi was Mums favourite carer. They would sing together, dance together and of course Busi would ensure all Mums personal needs were attended to. I would highly recommend this service. Also Butch who runs the service was just fantastic. A real personal touch, genuinely cared about our Mum. He really wanted to ensure she was well looked after. Thank you Amily.

My friend was cared for over a period of three years by live in carers from Amily. Her care was extremely good, and was backed up by support from the Amily team. She was very fond of her two carers, who gave patient and caring support at all times. Home care was definitely the right choice for her, as the carers had the time to get to know her well, to encourage her to eat and drink, and make her comfortable in her own home. I would definitely recommend Amily. The whole team care, and want the best for their clients.

Over two years ago I first contacted Amily Homecare as I needed a full time carer to live in, having had a serious operation.
I was put in touch with Mr Butch chief executive and Ms Kate the live in manager and immediately struck up an friendly relationship with them. Since then, they have provided me consistently with excellent carers who have made my life very comfortable whilst being in my own home. On regular occasions, either Mr Butch or Ms Katie visits my home to check that I am satisfied with the carers and I have always been able to say how much I am impressed by the carers knowledge, devotion to duty and above all their wish to make certain that I am comfortable and happy.
I would be very pleased to recommend this company to anyone who requires homecare and I wish the company every success in the future.

Tracey the Manager at Amily Homecare is friendly and caring which follows through with her carers. She is always on hand to provide helpful insight into situations that may arise whilst the client is adapting to carers; plus flexible with scheduling carers visits if medical appointments arise. She is always patient, approachable and helpful to family queries as are her office staff who always answer the phone - a bonus these days.

Amily Homecare provided live in care for my aunt over the last year of her life. I was, and still am, in awe of the absolutely fantastic service provided by Amily - from first contact right the way through their approach is caring, practical, professional and altogether excellent. My parents were considering buying a flat in sheltered accommodation as they were entering their 90's but they did not want to leave their house of nearly 60 years together. We decided to try live-in carers to see if that could work. We used Amily Homecare and one year on we couldn't be happier. My parents are happy and safe in their own home and for most of that time they have been looked after by the same 2 carers on a fortnightly rotation. The carers are lovely and supportive on a daily basis and great in a crisis - we've had a couple of ambulance call outs in that time and both issues were dealt with very well. We couldn't be more delighted with our decision to use Amily.
