I saw Lidia for the first time today and all I can say is WOW! Not only was she so thorough and professional upon welcoming me and throughout the treatment but she has a really kind and calm energy that puts you at ease immediately.

The purpose built treatment room is absolutely beautiful and beyond what I was expecting especially for an independent therapist. The bed is heated and has comfy cushions and she went out of her way to make sure I was cosy, comfortable and relaxed.

I opted for the 90 minute treatment (facial reflexology followed by foot reflexology) I was not disappointed, the treatments were so enjoyable and relaxing, I feel that the value for money was unbelievable and it’s so clear how much she loves her job and cares about her clients wellbeing. Can’t recommend this enough and I will be going back for more sessions. Thank you so much Lidia, it was just what I needed 🙂

I’ve suffered with Fibromyalgia for some years now and the doctor just increased my tablets that I found was not helping.
I then found reflexology and have never looked back since .Lynda is Very detailed and knowledgeable reflexologist who explained the process and therapy and went through my medical history. My pain is now under control and I am living my life again.Most recommended as I felt like I am walking on air after my appointment It’s ever so relaxing.
I would recommend if you do suffer with fibromyalgia that reflexology is the way forward.
