Just had a Sports Massage with Root Therapies for a persistent achy shoulder that’s been causing me a bit of pain. After one session it’s eases off so much and it’s had a good impact on my neck and back too. Will certainly be returning and would recommend to anyone to visit!

I had a few massages at Root Therapy and I found them very helpful and relaxing. Chante was very professional and friendly at the same time. She got straight to the problem and I felt so much better afterwards. I have tried a few different masseurs before but no one was as good as Chante.

I booked in a sports massage with Chanté hoping for a second pair of eyes on some nagging shoulder pain I'd been failing to rehab at home.

At a push, I thought I'd get some temporary relief and some homework. More fool me.

Within an hour Chanté had done more for my shoulder than I'd managed in a month at home. I'll be the first to admit how wrong I was and how impressed I still am.

Chanté has a level of skill, attentiveness and a way of putting others at ease that words would do no justice.

My only complaint is that I couldn't suppress the stupid smile on my face all the way home. It takes a rare person.
