🚨 *DO NOT USE* 🚨 I have used Dental 22 for years and I would not recommend at all. Many times they have failed, I have used them for private treatment such as teeth whitening (the kit they provided was very poor quality and did not work in the slightest, bought from another dentist for cheaper that had amazing results). I have also been an NHS patient too, most recently having teeth removed I have gone back for a large bone spur that caused pain to the point I hadn’t eaten in 4 days, receptionist “Josh” was very rude then, seen a female dentist who numbed me, took X rays and said she had removed it and it was minute, she didn’t remove it, I went back to my car and used my own dental tool while numbed and removed a piece of bone that was 1.5x2 cm in length myself. They have now discriminated me against my disability, due to a seizure I had at home that ended 30 minutes before my appointment so I had to cancel, I rang at the earliest time available and could not get through due to the phone lines being closed, I rang again 4 minutes later and got spoken down to by the receptionist who said they will not be offering me NHS treatment anymore due to missed appointments, I offered to provide proof of why I hadn’t been able to attend the missed appointments from 2017 to now (due to being hospitalised and did not have means to contact the surgery myself as well as lacking capacity or insight to do so) but they didn’t want to hear it and repeated its “policy”. So what they have done is discriminated against my disabilities and are unwilling to accept any proof or otherwise from medical professionals, myself or my carers and don’t want to deal with it in a nutshell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Was accepted onto a waiting list over two years ago, I called today asking for an update on the progress as it’s been over 2 years to find out they’re no longer accepting any patients. It would have been nice to have been told along with the other 3,000 people who could have been on a waiting list for a different dental practice all along.

I had an appointment with Adam last Friday morning to have my wisdom tooth removed. He really took time to explain everything that was going to happen and make it clear I could stop at any point if I needed to. He checked in with me on how I was and gave me plenty of advice at the end of the appointment about how to take care of myself and avoid problems. Whilst I can't say that getting a wisdom tooth removed was fun, this was nowhere near as negative and scary as I was expecting it to be - because Adam was so meticulous with his care.

After a terrible experience with a more local dentist this place has blown me away. Great reception staff who helped me get a last minute appointment for an ongoing issue. The dentist I saw was a brilliant guy and sorted out the issue in such a quick and effective time. Hesitated going private but the cost is irrelevant when you're taken such good care of.

Be careful. They don't care what the pandemic did to your mental health and are throwing patients off their lists in droves from those I have already spoken to. And no u won't be notified. As they are not hairdressers.
Such a pity, because it is the only dentist I actually liked visiting.
