I can’t believe how long it is taken for this lady called Diane to simply send an email to my dentist they been asking her since 5th of June I be asking her aswell and yet she still not done it. My tooth was playing up and I was in pain but now my tooth has broken and now got a big hole showing inside my tooth so now I most probably get an infection or something and be in pain all because of this Diane taking her time by not doing a simple thing as an email of my medical records to see if I’m allowed to be sedated. It’s disgusting and I most probably go down there tomorrow and give them a good telling off that’s the only way they seem to listen. I would give zero starts if I could. This doctors has been very bad for years and years no wonder why they get bad reviews. Sort it out because people are fed up of your lame bullsh@t excuses.

Most of the people who work there are nice enough. Trying to get my repeat pain medication sent to the chemist on time is something else. I am always left without them or I have to justify why they are needed. I'm constantly going in to withdrawal because of this. Its dangerous. I'm on a controlled tablet and take 6 a day. They always prescribe short when I do manage to get some then argue that I shouldn't have run out that quickly. All my medication is in a pill box so how does that work. Have had to call 111 to get a prescription otherwise it will be 5 days without medication. It affects my quality of life greatly

Today, I had an unpleasant experience at the reception of Avely Medical Center. The receptionist was quite rude to me, and I felt offended by her behavior, especially considering my limited English proficiency. When I asked for her name, she told me it was Zoe, but I am not certain if she was being truthful. I expressed my concern about her rudeness, explaining that I was only ten minutes late for my appointment and had a newborn with me, yet she remained indifferent. I requested to speak with her manager, and she claimed to be the manager herself, which I later discovered was not true. This situation has caused me significant stress, as I missed my daughter's appointment and sensed potential racial discrimination. I am deeply disappointed by this experience!

I am very disappointed about this practice.Every time I need a booking there is none available or they send me to Bluebell Surgery. Yesterdat I call to book an appointment for my son and they didn't even bother to put him on waiting list. Luckily that I call again in the morning to check the progress. Something needs to change.I don't understand why so many bad reviews, complaints and nothing is changing? Why do we pay for the services and we get nothing in return?

Such a poor service from the receptionist Joanne. Don't normally have any problems with any of the other reception staff who do their best to help when you call, but Joanne, I wonder why she still works there, everytime i speak to her she is rude, talks over the top of me, doesn't listen and even laughs down the phone at you.

After speaking to Joanne on the phone, when I tried to call back to put in a complaint, like it says to do on the website, all she does is cut me off the line. Very professional!

She is the most incompetent person I've come across and does not want to help at all. Get rid of her!

The receptionists seem to think they are doctors and Google diagnose you whilst on the phone by looking up your symptoms and questioning you - they also want you to go into detail about why you need an appointment asking you to disclose your personal health information that should be discussed with the doctor, not them.

Half the time when you call and there is one receptionist that is completely rude and talks over you with 0 empathy towards patients.

The triage system closes at 1pm - which is ridiculous, considering most people work and cannot use their phones whilst working and their lunch breaks are at 1pm.
