I wanted to give an up to date review as seen so many bad ones.
I have used this pharmacy twice now, when my local pharmacy yet again let me down. I can honestly say they have been brilliant. The staff are polite, courteous and very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and my prescription dispensed immediately.
I highly recommend.

I thought I would give a bit of balance to the terrible reviews. Yes, they close at lunch and are shut weekends but so does every other pharmacy I’ve been with. I’m aware that Boots offer extended hours but this is an exception.

On a positive note, I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and quick to dispense when the prescription is sent through. The only reason I put 4 stars is because there have been a couple of occasions where the pharmacist hasn’t been available.

A lot of the reviews are from years ago. Things change so don’t judge them from the past. I use this pharmacy and have had no problems with the service.
I used to use one in town but was given the run around every time I went.
Closing at weekends or lunch is no different to others. Google the times they open and you won’t get it wrong.

Really?! It take some sort of skill to be this hopeless. Wrong prescription, half a prescription which I realised too late so had to go without for a fortnight. I always ring in advance to try to secure fast pick up but still not dispensed hours later. I've tried to be loyal but I just have to leave as the whole experience is unnecessarily stressful and a bit worrying. Where do the missing prescriptions go?

Just forget it if you work, shut at lunch and weekends. 20% chance of getting what you need or have prescribed even if you call prior to a visit. Then the pharmacist not in the pharmacy when you need something else.

This pharmacy is absolutely useless! I have been having the same prescription for years, having it delivered with no problem when it was Lloyd’s, changed to jhoots and suddenly nothing but problems, finally left completely without medication so I had to go to another pharmacy! Give this pharmacy a wide berth, they are useless!

Rubbish pharmacy. Inconsistent opening hours and pharmacist is often out running errands so unable to dispense medicine even when the pharmacy is open. Avoid.
