Extremely unprofessional service from this surgery. No authorities are interested in taking corrective actions about this pathetic service.

Took 28 days for the registration. No apology or any kind of communication on that

My daughters samples have sent with wrong labels and the laboratory has rejected them. Not infomed us until we visited the surgery and checked. Receptionist said all reports are ok, but nurse confirmed the reports are rejected due to their mistake.
Test packets were given for retest and sample collection without lebals printed. 🫣. The weekend staff refuse to take the samples without labels. The labels has to be printed by GP or nurse. And it took another weekend without results.

Pathetic service. No one has contacted us to check what has happened

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SURGERY. Reception staff so very rude ! prescriptions sent to where I cannot retrieve them. Not helpful at all. Been registered for 9 years and the first time I need them turn into a terrible experience. will be singing up to another practice. Appalling patient care

From the receptionist, who hung up the phone on the patient with emergency and denied them to contact the doctors to unhelpful doctors.

If you're ill, just call 111 or find another GP... this place will not help you

Reception staff were brilliant when I registered as a new patient and Sarah has shown the patience of a saint when I had problems with the electronic system.
Repeat prescriptions sorted quickly and easily.

Excellent service from the nurse practitioners today Rachel & Donna. Friendly, welcoming & professional. Rachel was in training and was patient throughout and ask all the relevant questions and equally listened to my concerns too . Thanks girls Xx

Avoid this GP, is the worse GP practice. You try to book an emergency appointment and they book you after one week regardless you tell them that you are under treatment for a week and the treatment does not have any effects. The receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and lack of care. In 7 years with this practice I probably been twice but happily I will transfer to another practice.
