Went today to have blood test. Ami was her bubbly, kind and professional self as always. Bloods taken in the twinkle of an eye. Being seen to by Ami is a pleasure.

Get rid of your digital check-in screen.. despite checking in here 5 minutes before my appointment, I was put down as a "no show" and wasted 45 minutes sat in the waiting room.
Then, after the extended wait, the consultant had absolutely no idea why I was there - this was an appointment rested by them not me - either lack of handover notes from previous consultant or lack of preparation.
You want to feel confident that your GP practice knows what they're doing, sadly I don't get that here.

Absolute discrace they have had no customer care what so ever with my partner. He's had to abscesses that he's phone up with straight away both times he's ended up in Carlisle hospital fighting off sepsis because of the lack of care from this doctors sugury. Also when he was finally prescribed antibiotics he was giving some of witch had the highest dose of penicillin in witch it states on his records that he's allergic too! Carlisle and Penrith hospital have put complaints in for the stupidity of the doctors here.
