Absolutely disgusting the way the treat their patients. Especially when considering they are speaking to a vulnerable person. Would never recommend this doctors to anyone. Stay away. They won't listen too you issues just throw medication at you an tell you too deal with it.

I made a serious complaint about Dr Ali and was ignored. My complaint was basically thrown out as untrue and Dr Ali had lied about what had happened in order to make the points raised in my complaint seem untrue.

- Refusal to explore serious medical worries
- Reception staff rude and uncaring
- Referrals not sent until chased up
- Results not discussed - You are instead expected to check the app and figure it out yourself
- Rude comments from staff and doctors
- Mistreatment of a seriously mentally unwell patient.

When a complaint was raised, the response was 2 paragraphs of nonsense about the training doctors receive and how they know better than you and then 4 paragraphs of information that is never truly exactly what happened. And then to top it all off, "well, actually he discussed 2 things with you in this appointment so he actually gave you better treatment than is the standard."

I have had to move to a different GP and bombard them with 30 different issues that were either ignored by The Junction or, that I was too uncomfortable to raise. Why would anyone want to raise possible gyneacological issues with a man who believes "you're too young to be in pain" and refuses to take you seriously.

This surgery clearly hires doctors who want the money to not actually properly do the job and they are going to miss something that is going to kill someone one day.

The absolute worst practice I've had the misfortune to encounter. They have left a vulnerable person without medication and failed to contact them to inform them of what is happening. And when challenged speak over you and refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. Medical negligence at its worse.

This is the best GP that I have experienced in the UK, very professional, empathic and very knowledgeable. The Doctors are very wonderful, they are prompt with appointments and take care of all my family. They follow up and make sure that you are okay, all referals made promptly. I'm so glad

The service and level of care at this surgery is awful. They’re so condescending and make you out to be a liar. Called for medication and the person over the phone was so rude, requesting or more demanding me to use a new service of theirs. I have ZERO medication, your “new service” is the last of my problems. The only decent person at this surgery is the one who does the blood tests, I believe joe? They have signs up on abuse and zero tolerance but are more happy to do the opposite to the patients.

Our mum passed away over Christmas at the adjacent care home.
Dr Ali completed the necessary administration on New Year's Day to avoid any unnecessary delay to our arrangements.

I can't thank enough the secretaries,nurses and the Doctors for their help and service. I have called for same day appointment for my little son and they registered and booked him a same day appointment. I have recently relocated nearby and I feel so lucky to be registered with this surgery. Well done! Thank you so much for your support.

Terrible practice, ive had 2 run ins with one of the male dr's. Dr ali i think.. hes so rude, very condisending. I have mental illness and the way he spoke to me was out of order. Also he disrespected and was incredibly rude to the mental health nurse who was present. Im changing my practice! If your looking for compassion dont see him!
